This light, moreish cake is fed repeatedly with Kingston 62 rum, and is made with a paste of raisins which have been floating in a box of the same rum, topped up periodically since November 2017. Those berries are very, very drunk by now.
This is a deep, single layer cake, served naked and without filling.
